Originating in Japan, drifting involves manipulating your vehicle to go sideways for as long as possible - with style of course. You'll start with a full safety briefing before stepping into a purpose-built Ford Rally Sport Trainer with an experienced instructor where you will learn clutch control, steering and braking techniques. Once you are comfortable with basic driving controls, you'll be taught the skills of drifting, such as a powerslide, Scandinavian flick, Choku Dori, Feint Drift and handbrake turns. Enjoy developing these newfound skills to increase precision and finesse and before you know it, you'll be perfecting the kind of sideway slides seen in the movies!
