It makes a strong statement against the sameness of industrial production, taking a team of seven skilled craftsmen to create, each team member going through years of intense training. Stunning with or without flowers, these iconic pieces will give a lifetime of pleasure to the owner.The Purple and White Vase is created at Iittala's workshops in Nuutajärvi in Finland. It is made from two layers - a beautiful, clear purple glass wrapped around a delicious, milky coloured glass. The technique is very difficult to master and this makes these Vases extra special. 16cm high.
